2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 304, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 40, 41 and 42 of the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, Section 16 of the Bihar Clinical Establishments (Control and Regulation) Act.
3. As per prosecution case, one co-accused Shri Ram Ji Yadav was running illegal nursing home in the name of Life Care Nursing Centre. Petitioner is alleged to be one of the operators of the nursing home in question.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused merely because his name was mentioned on the sign board which was found by the inquiry team that conducted the raid in the nursing home in question. There is no allegation that

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P. S. Case No. 654 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
