Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365, 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that her daughter was found missing while she was playing.

Petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of her suspicious conduct. She has confessed her guilt and on her confession, dead body of deceased was recovered. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
