The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2018. Considering the observations made in the order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30086 of 2019 whereby the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected as also the order dated 21.06.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30134 of 2019 by a Bench of this Court whereby a co-accused Vinod Kumar Gupta having identical allegation has been granted bail, the petitioner, who is in custody since 15.03.2019, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
