Petitioner seeks bail in Beur P.S. Case No.153/18 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the I.P.C.. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen motor cycle from him.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 24.05.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
