Petitioner seeks bail in Mahua P.S. Case No.334 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.
There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner in the written report.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64625 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.334 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
