2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his complain is pending before the Commissioner-cum-Lok Prahari who directed the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua to send his report but the same is still awaiting.

3. In that view of the matter, the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua is directed to submit his report to the Commissioner-cum-Lok Prahari within a period of four weeks.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands
