Mr. B.N. Pandey, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-03-2025 Vide Order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11452 of 2024, learned Trial Court was directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report. In the concerned report, Trial Court has submitted that the trial will be concluded within four months and that report is of dated 25.11.2024. A further report has been sent by the Trial Court dated 05.03.2025 which goes to show that the case is now fixed on argument and next date is 07.03.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite much directions the trial has not been concluded as yet.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined at this stage to enlarge the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80044 of 2024(4) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 on bail. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
