Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No.136 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was intercepted by the police with motorcycle. He could not produce relevant paper of the motorcycle. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has purchased the said motorcycle from Avinash Ram. He had no knowledge that aforesaid motorcycle is stolen.
Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66232 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.136 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
