Petitioner seeks bail in Patliputra P.S. Case No.120 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 379 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Police has arrested him merely on suspicion as he is son of truck owner. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. There is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner in the written report. It has come during investigation that truck along with truck Driver was recovered from Bijpuri village in the District of Barelee, which was found parked near the house of Raju

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66137 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 Chandra. Seizure list of the aforesaid truck is annexed with the First Information Report.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum Sub Judge XII, Patna, in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.120 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
