The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Adarsh Thana (Jamui) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per allegation in the FIR, the accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner herein are said to have come to the informant's house wherein specific overt act of firing upon informant's father is alleged against the accused Ganga Singh @ Manish Singh, Vinod Singh, Uma Shankar Singh and Kamlesh Singh leading to his death. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at best petitioner is said to be a member of the mob. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73135 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 custody since 24.07.2019. It is further submitted that a number of similarly situated co-accused have been enlarged on bail including vide order dated 22.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52263 of 2019.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Adarsh Thana (Jamui) P.S. Case No. 125 of 2019.
