The petitioner seeks regular bail in Chautarwa (Bathwaria) P.S. Case No. 109/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. There is no recovery from his possession. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. He is in custody since 27.05.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68142 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwaria) P.S. Case No. 109/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
