The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/147/148/149/307/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against seven persons and no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioners. It is further submitted that the allegations are all false and fabricated and save and except one other case, the petitioners have no other criminal antecedents.
Considering the aforementioned facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68647 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 circumstances and other similarly situated co-accused persons have since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 49343 of 2019 vide order dated 07.08.2019, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Gaya, in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
