Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the IPC and Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded pistol and a mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in judicial custody since 29.03.2018. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, Patna in Danapur P.S.
