The petitioner seeks bail in Nagarnausa P.S. Case 79 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 337, 341, 323, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
In the written report there is specific allegation of making firing against co-accused Shyam Gope and Anuj Gope causing injury to Bhabhi and son of the informant. It is further alleged that petitioner along with Mohan Gope also made firing on the informant with rifle, but it did not hit him. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65648 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 report there is no mention of any injury caused to the informant. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Nagarnausa P.S.
