The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, petitioner got appointed on the post of Primary Teacher on the basis of forged certificate.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to local politics. It is further submitted that petitioner has resigned from the alleged post on 04.03.2022 and his resignation letter has been accepted by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.835 of 2023(2) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 B.D.O., Nauhatta. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has already resigned from his service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
