JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 12-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the state. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 instituted for the offence u/s 302, 307, 341, 323, 325, 326, 147, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 05.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52321 of 2023.

In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80475 of 2023(3) dt.12-01-2024 2/2 received and from its perusal it appears that the trial may be concluded within four months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail of the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.

Accordingly, Application stands disposed off. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within period of four months, as mentioned in its report, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his application for bail.
