JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Wajirganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R, the allegation against twenty person including petitioners is that they have assaulted and abusing the deceased. Specific allegation is against Amirak Yadav and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71017 of 2019(3) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 Tirppit Yadav.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that considering the above fact the other four accused persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.11.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 69293 of 2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, on surrender, they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with the two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Gaya, in connection with Wajirganj P.S. Case No. 157 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Rahul Mishra/- U T
