2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103, 61 and 3(5) of the BNS and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.11.2024, when informant was going along with his brother and sister-inlaw, then 4-5 persons came on Scorpio vehicle and 8-9 persons came on motorcycle and then fired on the brother of the informant and later brother of informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. He is working in Punjab. Only on suspicion, he has been made

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the FIR. During investigation, wife of the deceased Ranju Devi has identified this petitioner. He is having eleven criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
