2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 184 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught red-handed after committing a loot and the looted money has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2023.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner was caught on the spot, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
