1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 to 4 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Madhubani vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in A.B.P. No.1293 of 2024 in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.265 of 2024, G.R. No.1438 of 2024.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82140 of 2024(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.265 of 2024, G.R. No.1438 of 2024.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No.265 of 2024, G.R. No.1438 of 2024.
