The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77001 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2021 2/2 has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench (then His Lordship was) of this court vide order dated 07.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21093 of 2020.

It appears from Annexure -4 to the supplementary filed today that altogether 4 prosecution witnesses including the informant have been examined during trial of co-accused vide Sessions Trial No. 1148 of 2019 and they have been declared hostile by the prosecution.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Jagdish/- U T
