2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 489 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was found dead in a birthday party.

4. During investigation, this petitioner and other coaccused have been caught. They all have said that the deceased has been killed in a celebratory firing. The petitioner is in jail since 31.07.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78306 of 2023(3) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- I, Barh in connection with Barh P.S.
