The petitioner seeks bail in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 149/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018. He is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case during investigation merely on suspicion.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.65585 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge IIIrdcum-Addl.
