Petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani (Kurhani) P.S. Case No.275 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), 26 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that five live cartridges and one motorcycle have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
