The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No.132 of 2019 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that Binod Rai, the son-in-law of the informant Deepak Pandey, asked the informant on phone to fulfill the demand of dowry, otherwise his daughter would be killed. After five days, the daughter of the informant died. The informant raised suspicion having hand of his son-in-law and his other family members in killing of his daughter. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific

The petitioner being the mother-in-law of the daughter of the informant has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019. Further submission is that after knowing the real fact, the informant has filed a compromise petition in the court of Sri Sushant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ara, Bhojpur, on 24.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sandesh P.S.
