Petitioner seeks bail in Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged demanding rupees ten lacs as ransom by the petitioner.

Petitioner has alleged that he had given his mobile to one Anuj Singh on his request on the pretext that he has to talk with his wife as she is ill. Except demand of ransom on mobile of petitioner, there is no any other allegation made against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.03.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68251 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Dumariaghat P. S. Case No. 47 of 2018 with following conditions:- (1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.
