2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 33/2024 arising out of Andhramath P.S. Case No. 95 of 2023 dated 25.06.2023 lodged under Sections 302 and 201 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7002 of 2024. In the earlier order, it has come that there is 18 criminal cases pending against him since 2019 onwards. It is the petitioner with whom the deceased went for treatment but the dead body was found which has come in the rejection order.

4. From status report, it transpires that only 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81782 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 witnesses have been examined. The trial court intimated that there is likelihood to conclude the trial withing six months.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
