Petitioners seek bail in Rail P.S. (Bakhtiyarpur) Case No.114 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Counsel for the petitioners submits that from possession of petitioner No.1, 140 pieces country made liquor each of 200 ML and from possession of petitioner No.2, 90 pieces country made liquor each of 200 ML was recovered. Petitioners are in custody since 19.09.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66162 of 2018 (2) dt.05-11-2018 2/2 the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Rail P.S. (Bakhtiyarpur) Case No.114 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
