Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 312 (C) of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 420, 406, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is committing forgery in a panchnama deed and got mutated said land in favour of coaccused Baban Yadav. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner. He is in custody since 08.09.2018.

P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 312 (C) of 2018.
