JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily married with one Om Prakash in a temple and this false case of abduction/kidnapping had been lodged by the parents.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
