Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Case No. C2/483 of 2018/616 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.
Allegation against petitioners are recovery of 18 liters Nepali Saufi wine from their possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. No incriminating materials have been recovered from their possession or from their house. They have
