The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019, registered under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner along with Md. Ishteyaque were apprehended with one motorcycle, whereas, Sanu and Ganesh were apprehended on another motorcycle, while other four persons succeeded to flee away. On search, country made pistol and live cartridges recovered from the possession of Sanu and Ganesh and one mobile set is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71307 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 submission is that one motorcycle, which is said be to seized, belongs to the petitioner. Further submission is that after apprehending of the petitioner in the present case, two other cases, as detailed in para-3 of the petition, registered. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
