This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60916 of 2022 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, inadvertently, name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as 'Chand Yadav' whereas it should have been 'Chand Yadav @ Sujeet Kumar'. Simultaneously, in the address portion, Resident of village- Bari Maliya has wrongly been typed in place of Resident of village- 'Barhara, P.O.- Bari Maliya P.S. Gogari, District- Khagaria'

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9137 of 2023(3) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 in the main petition and accordingly, same mistakes have been occurred in the order dated 12.12.2022. Therefore, bail bond of the petitioner could not be accepted before the court below. Hence, order dated 12.12.2022 may be modified to the aforesaid extent only.

In view of the submission, the order dated 12.12.2022 stands modified to the aforesaid extent only. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
