Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no step has been taken for recovery of the amount from guilty persons.

As a criminal case has already been registered, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition in the nature of public interests litigation.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is accordingly dismissed.
