Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of 50 liters country made wine from the motorcycle which was ridden by the petitioners.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. They have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67904 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 01.09.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II -cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018.
