1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this writ application the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble court for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondents to consider and grant the MACP w. e. f. March 2015 in the light of the MACP Rules when the said benefits has been granted to the similarly situated persons but the petitioner has deprived the said benefits, which is complete violation of the Principle of Equity and Fundamental Rights of the petitioner which is guaranteed under article 14 and 16 of the constitution of India."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.92 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
