2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"I. To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concerned to issue the Migration Certificate of the petitioner named above who has completed his graduation from S.B.N.

College, Gadhirampur, Munger as Bachelor of Commerce which suppose to a constituent college under Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur

course.

II. To issue an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concerned to dispose off the representation of the petitioner pending before the respondent no.

5, i.e. The Examination Controller, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, Bihar with regard to grievances of the present petitioner which is still not addressed.

III. To grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Bhagalpur University in which it is stated that the petitioner was informed about the decision taken in the meeting of Examination Board held on 16.05.2024 and was directed to visit the University for issuance of his migration certificate after payment of special fees.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to visit the University and deposit the payment of special fee and University is directed to issue the Migration

Patna High Court CWJC No.18328 of 2023(4) dt.23-09-2024 3/3 Certificate and passing certificate of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

5. The change of registration will not affect the other certificate of the petitioner.
