2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur vide order dated 10.10.2023 in B.P. No. 5337 of 2023, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 611 of 2023.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
