1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed for a direction to the respondents concern to dispose of the service Appeal No. 55/2017-18 which is pending since 24.1.2018 before Chairman Cum Appellate Authority Multi State Cooperative Land Development Bank, Patna and till date no order has been passed while the petitioner has already been superannuated from the service on 31.12.17, And/or Pass such any order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions for which the petitioner is found to be

Patna High Court CWJC No.79 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate directions be issued upon the Chairman-cum-Appellate Authority, Multi State Co-operative Land Development Bank, Patna to dispose off the appeal, filed by the petitioner, bearing Appeal No.55 of 2017-18.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer, made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Chairman-cum-Appellate Authority Multi State Cooperative Land Development Bank, Patna to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, in case the same has yet not been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
