Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the State and the informant that petitioner has been declared absconder and processes of sections 82 and 83 have been initiated against the petitioner to ensure his appearance in the Court.
