2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmapur (K.B.) P.S. Case No. 473 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 07.08.2023.

3. Unknown criminals looted Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety-Two Thousand of State Bank of India in a day light robbery.

4. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has transpired. The petitioner has been identified in the T.I.P. The motorcycle has also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.08.2023.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78987 of 2023(4) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.
