2. The petitioner apprehend her arrest in connection with Arrah (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 692 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 304(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised.
