JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 412, 414, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Mustard oil, jeans pant and several other articles were recovered from the room of the petitioner and others. Moreover, co-accused Sheikh Etramul and Rakesh Sharma have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
