The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 28.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15661 of 2022, by which the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail but the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time being involved in the treatment of his father who was suffering from a chronic kidney disease. Considering the facts and circumstances, the application is allowed and the time granted by order dated 28.09.2022, for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
