====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2024 Heard Mr. Suraj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Md. Anzarul Haque Sahara, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act as amended up-to-date.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, total amount of recovery of illicit liquor, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court is directed to consider the regular bail

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
