JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 128 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that some miscreants had entered inside the Gas Agency of the informant and on the gun point snatched Rs.1,20,000/- from the informant and fled away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, he has not put on T.I.P. and he is in judicial custody since 26.07.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two
