By the impugned order dated 10.01.2022 issued by the District Minority Welfare Officer, Munger, the petitioner has not been found to be qualified for loan. Therefore, he was not found fit by the District Selection Committee for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16963 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 grant of loan and they have not selected the petitioner for the same.
