2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"initiation of contempt proceeding against the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 3873 of 2024 passed by Hon'ble Mr.
Justice Rajiv Roy whereby and where under his lordship has been pleased to dispose of the writ petition with an observation that if the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.3894 of 2024(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/3 approaches the Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah within a period of four weeks, he shall take up the matter and after hearing the parties will decide the same in next four months."
3. The writ petition was disposed of on 24.06.2024 directing the Collector, Bhojpur at Ara to take up the matter relating to the petitioner and dispose it of in four months.
4. A show-cause has come on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 6 according to which, the matter was examined, notices were issued to Rajesh Kumar Singh (petitioner) and Hira Lal Sharma to be present on the site for measurement, copy of which was provided to the Circle Amin of Charpokhri fixing the date of measurement on 04.05.2024.
5. On that day, the petitioner chose to remain absent, the measurement as such could not be commenced. It has been further stated that he was also informed on his mobile number, still he chose not to appear.
6. Paragraph-10 of the show cause records that the mutation of the land of the petitioner's wife earlier was rejected in Mutation Case No. 296-R 27/23-24 by an order dated 25.11.2023 and the petitioner has filed appeal before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Piro which is pending.

7. This show-cause was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 30.01.2025 and there is no rebuttal.
8. This Court directed the opposite parties to take steps, in line with that, notices was issued to the petitioner, he chose to remain absent, against the rejection in Mutation case, an appeal is pending before the DCLR, Piro, in that background, this Court is convinced that no contempt is made out.
9. MJC No. 3894 of 2024 stands disposed of.
