Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town Police Station Hajipur Case No. 909/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

The F.I.R. named accused Rakesh Ajit Kumar Singh @ Rakesh Kumar appeared in place of petitioner in an examination. Admittedly, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents nor he was caught at the spot.
