JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town Police Station Hajipur Case No. 909/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

The F.I.R. named accused Rakesh Ajit Kumar Singh @ Rakesh Kumar appeared in place of petitioner in an examination. Admittedly, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents nor he was caught at the spot.
