The petitioners seek bail in Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 452 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioners. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade. The police has arrested the petitioners merely on suspicion and recorded their confessional statement. Petitioners are said to be in custody since 29.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the
